MS Dhoni never fails to win hearts, be it with bat or with his kind gesture. There was a recent fan-shot clip that went viral on the internet where the skipper of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) responds in the cutest manner when a fan happily shouts "Thala" - a nickname affectionately given to him by CSK fans.

In the video, as soon as the fan yells "Thala," Dhoni looks at him, gives a smile, and offers a blushing, warm response that sends cricket lovers abuzz on social media. The clip has already gone viral among IPL fans and Dhoni fans alike. The video was posted on May 11, after the suspension of IPL 2025 due to Indo-Pak tensions.

MS Dhoni’s bond with fans remains unbreakable and that is one of the main reasons behind Dhoni playing for CSK even at the age of 43. The love for “Thala” goes beyond cricket, and this wholesome moment proves why Dhoni is more than just a cricketing legend, he is an emotion.

MS Dhoni-led side will take on Rajasthan Royals at Delhi on May 20, while their last league game will be played at Ahmedabad on May 25 against Gujarat Titans.

As the side is eliminated, coach Fleming will decide which overseas players to recall for the remainder of the tournament. Players such as Noor Ahmad and Matheesha Pathirana will be available for both the matches, while and Devon Conway's presence is uncertain. With just two matches to go, MS Dhoni & co. seek victories in both the games to not just end their campaign on a high note but also try not finish at the bottom of the table.
