Material for making gourd pudding:
Gourd (grated) – 1 cup
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – ½ cup
Cardamom Powder – ½ teaspoon
Cashew, almonds – for garnishing
How to make gourd pudding
1. Boil milk and thicken.
2. Fry the gourd in light ghee on the other side.
3. Pour the roasted gourd in milk.
4. Cook on low flame until the kheer becomes thick.
5. Add sugar and cardamom, mix.
6. Serve cold or hot decorated with dryfruits.
