Hikal share price jumps 4% as Q4 revenue rises 7.4% YoY to Rs 552 crore, net profit up 48% YoY

Hikal Limited shares jumped 4% after the company reported a strong set of numbers for Q4 FY25. As of 3:17 PM, the shares were trading 3.51% higher at Rs 421.90.

Net profit surged 48% year-on-year to ₹50.2 crore, up from ₹33.9 crore in Q4 FY24. Revenue for the quarter rose 7.4% YoY to ₹552.4 crore, compared to ₹514 crore a year ago. Revenue from the sale of products and services came in at ₹550 crore, up from ₹512.8 crore in the same period last year.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹123.4 crore, marking a 30.7% increase from ₹94.4 crore in Q4 FY24. The EBITDA margin expanded significantly to 22.34%, up from 18.36% YoY, highlighting strong cost control and operational gains.

Profit before tax rose to ₹68.3 crore versus ₹47.3 crore in the previous year, while tax expenses were ₹18.1 crore for the quarter.

For the full financial year FY25, Hikal reported a net profit of ₹90.8 crore, a 30.5% rise from ₹69.6 crore in FY24. Annual revenue grew 4.7% to ₹1,859 crore, up from ₹1,784.6 crore in FY24.
