Arsenal have reportedly been told Viktor Gyokeres is all theirs for £60million.

Our colleagues at report that there is believed to be an agreement for Gyokeres to leave Sporting if a club pays 70m Euros - just over £60m - with the Portuguese giants already earmarking cash for a rebuild next season. The price could go higher if there is a bidding war which puts the pressure on to get a deal done.

Isaac Seelochan of football.london says: "Gyokeres was never going to come cheap, but £60m would represent excellent business. It's not a lot of money in the current market for strikers and could pay off for Arteta's men if they can get a deal done."

Former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Petit fears that Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice could decide to look for a new club if William Saliba leaves.

"I’ve been reading things about Arsenal selling William Saliba to Real Madrid. I’m thinking, ‘what the hell?’" he said on .

However, if they continue to go without silverware, it is possible that clubs like Real Madrid and even some of the Gunners' Premier League rivals may become a more attractive proposition as seen before with Robin van Persie."
