This experience routinely turns into pre-placement offers (PPOs) and full-time employment, based on intern performance.About the Google Internship ProcessThe recruitment procedure for Google internships starts with a screening of resumes. The shortlisted candidates are sent a survey depending on their preferences of job roles and locations. If their profile fits, they are called for technical phone interviews.
