Ingredients
Idli-8-10
Onion finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Tomato chopped – 1/2 cup
Garlic Paste – 1/2 T Spoon
Turmeric – 1/4 T Sprinks
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 table spoon
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Green coriander leaf chopped – 2 tablespoons
Pav Bhaji Masala – 1/2 T Spoon
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
First of all, take idli and cut them into big pieces. After this, finely chop the onion and coriander leaves and prepare a paste of garlic.
Now take a non stick pan and add 1 tbsp butter and heat it on medium flame. After melting the butter, add finely chopped onion and fry while stirring.
– When onion starts appearing transparent, add finely chopped tomatoes and cook. Tomatoes will soften in one to two minutes.
After this, add turmeric, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and garam masala to the pan and mix it well.
After some time add 1-2 teaspoons of water and salt according to taste. Cook the mixture for another minute.
Now add lemon juice and coriander leaves to this mixture and mix properly and after cooking for some time add pieces of idli.
Now mix the idli well with spices with the help of spoon. Then turn off the gas after sleeping for 1-2 minutes.
Now take out the tawa idli in a plate. Garnish with green coriander leaves on top and serve tasty tawa idli.
