Mumbai Bollywood actor Manoj Kumar is no longer in this world. He died of age disease recently. But the actor was also famous for his films with tremendous action and directions in his films. From Dilip Kumar to friend Dharmendra, the actor openly spoke in the interview. In one of his interviews, Manoj Kumar called Dharmendra and Shashi Kapoor the greedy of films. However, this was not taken disputed.
Manoj Kumar told Dharmendra’s greedy of films
Manoj Kumar had said in one of his interviews that I have never been greedy in terms of films. And not either as an actor. Actors Dharmendra and Shashi Kapoor have done around 300 films in their career. But I did about 45 films in my career in which I gave up my life. In this interview, the actor called Dharmendra and Shashi Kapoor the greedy of films. However, this interview never had the real Manoj Kumar and Dharmendra’s friendship.
However, after 1980, films with the actor’s direction and acting were continuously flopped after which he reduced to work. He was last seen on screen for the last time in the 1995 film ‘Maidan-e-Jung’.
This thing was said about Dilip Kumar
Apart from this, the actor also talked about Dilip Kumar in another interview. This case is of the time of the film revolution. The two actors worked together in the film revolution. During this, Manoj Kumar had said that the film Kranti is going on in his name because now Dilip Kumar has not been popular as before. He also said that Dilip Kumar has no celeb value anymore. Further, the actor said that the director-producer was waiting for the release of the film Kranti to see whether the films are still going on in the name of Dilip Kumar or not. The revolution went on because it was Manoj Kumar’s film. Dilip Kumar was very hurt by these statements of Manoj Kumar.
