Bharat Pavilion Launched with Veteran Presence

The Bharat Pavilion was officially inaugurated on Thursday, graced by Indian film stalwarts Anupam Kher and Shekhar Kapur. This dedicated space celebrates India’s cinematic journey and fosters international collaborations. Indian films Homebound and Tanvi: The Great are among the select few set to premiere at Cannes, adding prestige to the country’s cinematic representation.

Jacqueline Fernandez Honoured for ‘Women in Cinema’

Jacqueline Fernandez was recognised under the “Women in Cinema” initiative by the Red Sea Film Festival, joining six global honourees for her influence in the film industry. On the red carpet, she dazzled in a futuristic white shirt dress with metallic silver chains and sculptural embellishments. With a sleek bun and glowing makeup, Jacqueline shared her joy on social media, saying, “Delighted to be an honouree at the women in cinema initiative that champions female storytellers.”

Rising star Nitanshi Goel made a strong impression with two show-stopping looks. Her first appearance featured a dramatic black and gold gown with embroidery and tulle.
