Live hindi news (Health Corner):- Acne on the face affects your beauty in the same way as a stain on the moon. Wrong diet, makeup, stress and hormonal imbalance are considered to be the main cause of acne. When the oily glands become highly active, the pores are closed and bacteria begin to flourish, causing pimples. There are some tips in Ayurveda that can be rid of acne by using properly.
1. Grind 2 teaspoons of lentil lentils and grind it finely. Prepare a thin paste by mixing some milk and ghee in it and apply it on the pimples.
2. Grind 25-25 grams of white mustard, Lodhra, Vacha and Sindha salt and mix it finely. Make a paste by mixing a spoonful of powder in water and apply it on the nail-acne.
3. Grind chironji in fresh milk of cow and apply it on the face and wash it on drying, this will give relief in the problem of acne.
4. Nutmeg is also beneficial for acne. For this, make a paste by rubbing nutmeg on a clean stone and apply it on the nail-acne.
5. Mix jasmine oil in icing and apply it on the face at bedtime. This will give relief in irritation from acne.
6. Grind 10-10 grams of lentils, soft leaves of Vat tree, Lodhra and red sandalwood finely. Make a paste by grinding a spoonful of powder with water and apply it on the nail-acne.
7. Grind cinnamon and make powder. Put a few drops of lemon in a quarter teaspoon powder and make a paste and apply it on the face. Wash after one hour.
8. Finely grind Lodhra, Vacha and Coriander in 50-50 grams and fill it in the vial. Make a paste by mixing one spoon of powder in a little milk and apply it on the nail-acne. Wash after half an hour.
9. Take half a teaspoon of lemon juice and turmeric. Mix one fourth teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of water in it and apply it on the face. Wash after drying.
10. Make a paste by mixing equal quantity of multani mitti, rose water and sandalwood powder. Apply this paste on the face and clean it after drying.
