Read, Digital Desk : A senior LeT commander Abu Saiullah was responsible for the planning of the 2006 attack on the RSS Nagpur headquarters – was shot dead in Sindh province, Pakistan. He was reportedly shot near a road intersection in Matli on Sunday.

Nizamani escorted by the Pakistani government was placed under protective custody due to alleged terrorist connections.

In hindsight, despite the alleged security details abandoned by the Pakistani government, Nizamani was shot after leaving his place of residence. There is still no information regarding the shooters and local officials chose not to provide any additional information to the details of the case.

Besides the attack on RSS, Nizamani was involved as a key participant in a number of other attacks. He is suspected of participation in the 2005 attack on Bangalore’s Indian Institute of Science and the 2001 attack on a CRPF camp in Rampur.
