Jason Biggs recently spoke about the possibility of starring in another American Pie film—if one were ever made.
The 47-year-old actor shared his thoughts in an interview with PEOPLE, discussing whether he would be interested in returning for a potential American Pie 5 .
“Of course, of course I would. I’ve always said I would 100% be down to work with those people again and to play that character again,” Biggs said of reprising his iconic role as Jim. “It’s one of the best experiences of my life.”
“I’m very proud of it,” he added, speaking about the franchise.
“I’m proud that 26 years later, people are still talking about it—so I would for sure do another one,” Biggs continued.
In 2024, when the franchise celebrated its 25th anniversary, Biggs reflected on the lasting impact the film series has had on audiences.
“There’s now another one or two generations of people that have seen the movie, identified with it, liked it,” he said. “It’s been a really, really special thing for me.”
Biggs also revealed that he still keeps in touch with his on-screen dad, Eugene Levy—though not about the franchise.
“He lost his house in the [Los Angeles] fires—he and his wife—and so I spoke to him after that,” Biggs shared.
“Eugene is one of my favorite people in the world,” he added. “He really is a second dad in a lot of ways to me. He’s just the best. He taught me so much.”
Biggs also mentioned staying connected with other cast members.
“Eddie Kaye Thomas, who played Finch in the movies, is one of my best friends,” he said. “He lives on the East Coast, so we see each other, we talk a lot. Then everyone else—you know, there are texts that go around, for sure.”
