Doordarshan was among the most prominent TV channels in the 1980s and 1990s. The channel became quite famous for its mythological shows- one of them was Ramanand Saagar’s Ramayana which was widely enjoyed by masses. Today we will talk about one such actor who played the character of Anand on Ramanand Sagars epic television series. His name is Bashir Khan. He rose to fame after his pivotal portrayal of Anand- who was the son of Vali and Tara on the show.
