He instructed all department heads to put safety measures in place to avoid property or human loss, emphasizing the need of preemptive preparation. Revenue officers were told to keep a close eye on the situation and act quickly.

At important administrative hubs, such as the District Collectorate, control rooms have been established to function 24/7 and guarantee coordinated emergency responses. The Collector emphasized the danger of lightning and cautioned locals, particularly farmers, herders, and outdoor laborers, to stay out of open spaces and seek cover during thunderstorms. In order to avoid waterlogging, the government has instructed local entities to clean drainage systems and has started identifying locations that are susceptible to floods. For help or to report crises, the Collectorate now has a dedicated control room that may be reached at 08518-277305.

The public is asked to comply with authorities and utilize this facility appropriately. Additionally, residents are urged to refrain from disseminating unconfirmed information and to adhere to official updates. Reiterating the importance of shared duty and readiness at this time, the district administration is dedicated to public safety and keeps an eye on meteorological changes.
