Material :

 

  • Oatmeal- 1 cup
  • Milk- 4 cups
  • Water- 1 cup
  • Chinese-taste
  • Ghee- 1 tablespoon
  • Cashew- 6 to 8 chopped
  • Almonds- 6-8 chopped
  • Raisins- 1 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Saffron threads- 5 to 6

Method :

  • Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Add porridge to it and fry it on medium flame till it turns golden. Let the porridge be lightened.
  • Now add 1 cup of water and cook for 5 to 7 minutes so that the porridge becomes slightly soft.
  • After this, add milk to it and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep stirring in between so that the milk does not get down and the porridge cooks well.
  • Now add sugar, cardamom powder, cashew, almonds, raisins and saffron threads. Cook 5 more minutes so that everything gets mixed well.
  • If you like a little thin porridge then you can increase milk. If you want a thick porridge, serve it like this.
  • Serve it hot. If you want, you can add a little more dry fruits from above.
