Four Rohingyas and their four children were arrested by Hayathnagar police and Special Operations Team LB Nagar Zone detectives for entering India illegally, getting national ID cards, and remaining there.
Mohammed Haris, alias Mohammed Rizwan (33); Mohammed Arman, alias Syed Ul Amin (32); Mohammed Arman’s wife, Mohammed Rumana Akther, alias Mustaquima (26); and Mohammed Nayeem, alias Hairul Amin (20), are the defendants. Fake papers were taken from Ayaz and Shoaib Malik as they were evading capture.
The police allege that they obtained credentials of identification and nationality, claiming to be Indians, by using fraudulent methods and phony paperwork. At the Hayathnagar police station in Rachakonda, a case has been filed. (cheating, forgery, and abetment by making false statements in front of authorities; unlawfully obtaining identification cards and harming Indian integrity).
In 2011, they illegally entered India after crossing the Myanmar border. They obtained Aadhaar cards in 2014 by making false statements and omitting facts. They obtained driver’s licenses, voter ID cards, and PAN cards and established several bank accounts by presenting their Aadhaar cards. They were taken into custody by the police on May 20 and brought before the court for judicial remand. There are efforts underway to capture the fugitives.
