Metro ticket booking through Uber app has started first with Delhi Metro, the company is planning to start metro ticket booking in 3 other cities of India this year. Crores of passengers traveling by Delhi Metro will now be able to buy QR based tickets through Uber app, along with this they will also be able to get real time information of the metro.

Uber ONDC Partnership Uber has also informed that soon there is a plan to start logistics services for companies through ONDC network. Initially the company will focus on food delivery but in future it can also be used to provide logistics services to various sectors like e-commerce, medicine, grocery and health care.

You can buy QR code tickets from the app and then scan the QR code at the entry and exit gates of the metro station. According to media reports, a person can buy 8 QR tickets at a time.
