Of course, some people get confused as soon as you hear the name of jaggery, but after eating this chili you will not know which materials have been used to make it. So let’s know what materials are needed to make gourd gram flour cheela and how it is made.

- Jaggery or bottle guard – 1 pumpkin grated
- Gram flour – one and a half cups
- Capsicum – 1 chopped
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Tomatoes – 1 finely chopped
- Coriander – chopped
- Green Chilli – 2-3 chopped
- Ginger paste – half teaspoon
- Garlic paste – half teaspoon
- Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
- Celery – 1/4 teaspoon
- Asafoetida – a pinch
- Turmeric – Half a teaspoon
- Red chili powder – a spoon
- Cumin Powder – Half Spoon
- White sesame – half teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- A pinch of sugar
- Chili fry

- Grap the pumpkin and take it out in a bowl. Add gram flour, sugar, salt and all finely chopped vegetables. Mix it well.
- Now add all the spices to it. Also add one teaspoon of oil and mix well.
- Now prepare a thick batter by adding some water. Leave it for five minutes.
- Now place the pan on the gas stove and heat it. Add one teaspoon of oil or ghee over it.
- Put a mixture of gram flour on top of it and spread it evenly on the entire pan. Flip it from both sides on medium heat and cook it well.
- When golden becomes brown from both sides, take it out in a plate. Enjoy this gourd gram flour cheela with tomato sauce or green chutney.
