Somewhere the reason behind knocking on the door of his court is not a fake photo that went viral with Vaibhav Suryavanshi a few days ago. After the match played between Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals on May 18, a picture of Preity Zinta’s Vaibhav Suryavanshi went viral on social media. When people started believing that picture to be true, Preity Zinta had to come and tell that she is a fake photo. Now that incident is reported by Preity Zinta’s court 2 days later, why?

In fact, the reason behind Preity Zinta’s court’s move to the court is not at all at all. The reason behind this is actually his IPL team is a dispute with the rest of Punjab Kings. Actress and director of KPH Dream Cricket Private Limited Preeti Zinta has once again moved the Chandigarh Court against co-director Mohit Burman and Ness Wadia.

In the petition filed in the court, Preity Zinta has demanded the company’s EGM to be declared illegal and invalid on April 21. He claimed that the meeting was organized by Mohit Burman in an open violation of the provisions of the Secretariat standards on the Companies Act, 2013 and General Meetings with the active support of Ness Wadia.

Preity Zinta also demanded that Mohit Burman and Ness Wadia be prevented from implementing any proposal passed in that meeting and Munish Khanna should be prevented from acting as the director of the company or declaring himself as a director. In addition, he has demanded the company and other directors during the pending period of the trial, without the presence of him and Karan Paul, and in the presence of Munish Khanna, holding any board meeting or general meeting or preventing any work to the company’s affairs.

Preity Zinta holds 23% stake in KPH Dream Cricket Private Limited, a private company registered under the Companies Act, 1956. This company, who owns the Punjab Kings Cricket Team, is a franchise holder of the IPL.
