How to consume ginger

Ginger is usually used in tea. But if you want more benefit from this, then you drink water instead of tea. To make ginger water, grate it.

Now add grated ginger to a glass of water and boil the water in a way. Now filter this water and drink it like tea. You can add honey to this water to taste.
