Vietjet launches direct flights to China’s Chengdu, Xi’an cities

Vietnamese carrier Vietjet announced Hanoi – Chengdu flights will start on July 1 while the Hanoi – Xi’an route will commence on July 6.

Hanoi – Chengdu flights will depart from Noi Bai International Airport at 9:10 p.m. every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, arriving at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport at 00:15 a.m. the next day. The return flights depart Chengdu at 01:15 a.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, arriving in Hanoi at 02:25 a.m. on the same day.

The Hanoi – Xi’an flights will depart from Noi Bai International Airport at 9:25 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, landing at Xi’an Xianyang International Airport at 01:10 a.m. the next day. Return flights from Xi’an depart at 02:10 a.m. every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, arriving in Hanoi at 04:10 a.m. on the same day.

Xi’an, China’s ancient capital for 13 dynasties, is a heritage city featuring iconic landmarks such as the Ancient City Wall of Chang’an and the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor.

Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, is renowned for its unique cuisine, national panda reserve, and the breathtaking world heritage site Jiuzhaigou Valley.
