According to the meteorological service, the downpour would significantly alleviate the intense heat by lowering the temperature by two to four degrees Celsius. According to the IMD, these regions are expected to see thunderstorms and strong gusts in addition to the rains. In order to prevent any problems, it also suggested that farmers safeguard their crops, abide by the rules, and restrict their excursions.

Rain is anticipated in a number of districts until May 27.
A number of districts, including Bhojpur, Buxar, Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, and Arwal, are expected to have significant rainfall until May 27, according to the meteorological service. In addition, West Champaran, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Saran, Patna, Jehanabad, Nalanda, Nawada, Sheikhpura, Lakhisarai, Begusarai, Gaya, Khagaria, Jamui, Munger, Banka, and Bhagalpur are also at risk of thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. The meteorological service said that until May 27, overcast skies and sporadic light showers are expected in other regions as well.

In addition, the meteorological service warned that thunderstorms might occur in Patna, the capital, on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, West Bengal and Jharkhand are under a rain warning till May 27th, according to the IMD.

The monsoon is expected to reach Kerala by May 25, about six days ahead of schedule, according to a previous forecast from the meteorological service. It claimed that rainfall will occur in a number of states, including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, as a result of the monsoon’s early arrival. Residents of these states’ coastal areas have been advised by the weather service to abide by the rules and restrict their travel in order to prevent any problems.
