India has announced an extension of the Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) regarding flights from Pakistan, which will now remain in effect until June 23, 2025. According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Indian airspace is off-limits for aircraft registered in Pakistan, as well as those operated, owned, or leased by Pakistani airlines, including military flights.
This ban impacts all types of aircraft associated with Pakistani airlines and the military. The closure of Indian airspace to Pakistani-operated flights initially took place on April 30.
In a related development, Pakistan has declared an extension of its airspace closure for all Indian airlines, which will last until June 24.
