Both mango and ice cream are very much liked in the summer season. In such a situation when both Mango Ice Cream If made, its taste becomes wonderful. Let’s know how to make it easily at home.
Ripe mango – 2 (big, sweet and juicy)
Condensed Milk – ½ cup
Full Cream Milk – ½ cup
Fresh Cream (Amul cream or any) – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 tablespoons (if common are less sweet)
Cardamom Powder – 4 teaspoons (optional)
Airtight container to set ice cream
Make mango puree:
Peel the mango and cut it into pieces and put it in a blender and make a smooth puree. (Seeds are no longer)
Mix:
Now add fresh cream to a bowl and beat a hand whistle or electric beater until it looks slightly puffed up.
Mix the remaining ingredients:
Now add mango puree, condensed milk, milk and cardamom powder to it. Mix everyone well so that there is no lump.
Freeze:
Put the prepared mixture into an airtight container and keep the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Serve:
After freezing, remove the scoop and serve by adding chopped mango or dry fruits.
For more creamy textures, after 3-4 hours, remove it from the freezer and whisk again and submit it again.
If you want, you can mix small pieces of mango or mango pulp from above.
In the option of condensed milk, ground sugar and more cream can also be taken.
