Hair Growth Exercise: Everyone wants long and dense hair, but it does not happen. A healthy care is very important for beautiful hair. People are often heard complaining about hair problems. Nowadays people of all ages are facing hair problems. Excessive hair loss, lifeless and dryness of hair is included in major problems. People are so afraid of breaking and falling hair that they have been forced to take expensive and chemical -rich hair treatment.

If you want to get rid of hair problem, then you can take just 15 minutes daily and start 5 exercises mentioned here. Exercise will not only keep your body active, but will also help in increasing the blood circulation to the roots of the hair and also makes them grow faster.

Hair health is directly to our stress level. Balasan is a posture of yoga that calms the brain and increases blood circulation in the scalp.

Balasana

In this posture, the head touches the ground, which causes oxygen and nutrients to the roots. Sit on the knees and bend forward and spread the hands towards the front. Stay for 1-2 minutes by applying the forehead from the ground.

Vajrasana is the only yogasana that can be done even after meals. Sitting in this posture and practicing deep breathing, the body gets plenty of oxygen.

Sit in Vajrasana, keep the back straight and take a deep breath, stop 5 seconds and leave slowly. Do this 5-7 times.

Sarvangasana is considered ‘magical poses’ for hair. In this, when the body is upside down, the blood flow is towards the head, causing hair follicles to become active and hair starts growing rapidly. Lie on your back, then lift both legs up and slowly raise the waist up and support with hands.

There should be a body weight on the neck and shoulder. Initially do it for 30 seconds. Keep it, it would be better to do this asana under the supervision of a yoga trainer, especially if you have a neck or back problem.

Scalp massage increases blood circulation in hair roots and if the neck is exercised with it, this effect doubles. The movement of the neck relaxes the scalp and is also helpful in reducing stress.

Sitting the neck slowly, rotate the right-left, up and down. 5-5 times in every direction. Also, massage the head with light hands for 2 minutes with the help of fingers.

While exercising, keep the hair loose instead of tying it tight.
After exercise, massage the head with light lukewarm oil.
Drink enough water and take a healthy diet.
Get 7-8 hours of sleep- This is also necessary for hair.
