The role of the heart is very important for the right functioning of the body. This is the reason why balanced diet, adequate sleep and regular physical activities are necessary to maintain heart health. Yoga is considered a very effective and easy option in these activities. Yoga not only keeps the body healthy, but also provides mental peace and balance.

Although yoga is generally considered limited to rugs, it is actually a broad system that includes aspects like Yama, Niyam, Pranayama, Meditation and Samadhi. Asanas i.e. postures, help in keeping the body active and flexible and is considered especially beneficial for the heart.

Tadasana

Semi -fishery

This asana improves digestion and increases blood circulation around the chest and spine. This improves the activity of the heart.
