Fresh or Frozen Strawberry – 1 cup (finely chopped or puree)
Full Cream Milk – 1 liter
Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup
Milk Powder – 2 tablespoons
Sugar-2-3 tablespoons
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Dry fruits – (chopped)
1-First of all, boil the milk in a heavy bottom pan and cook on low flame till it thickens.
2- Add condensed milk, milk powder and sugar to it. Keep stirring continuously so that the bottom does not take place. When the mixture remains about half, then turn off the gas and let it cool.
3-Now add strawberry puree and cardamom powder to it. If you want, you can also add some chopped dry fruits.
4-Insert this mixture in kulfi molds and put a lid and keep it in the freezer for 6-8 hours. After that, immerse the mold in a little warm water and remove the kulfi easily and serve.
