For the full financial year FY25 SIPTL reported total revenue of ₹3761.21 lakh reflecting an extraordinary year-on-year growth of over 2000% compared to ₹176.07 lakh in FY24. The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) also witnessed a dramatic upswing coming in at ₹508.34 lakh for FY25 a massive jump from ₹2.58 lakh reported in the previous fiscal. The final quarter Q4 FY25 proved especially strong contributing ₹394.23 lakh to the annual PAT versus just ₹10.44 lakh in Q4 FY24. EPS Reflects Strengthened Financial Position Earnings per Share (EPS) surged from ₹0.002 in FY24 to ₹0.424 in FY25 underlining the improvement in shareholder value and financial performance. This sharp rise in EPS underscores SIPTLs robust bottom-line growth and scalability. Rights Issue Successfully Deployed In February 2025 SIPTL raised ₹47.4 crore via a rights issue and according to the company’s official filing the entire amount has been deployed in line with its stated objectives. The funds were primarily allocated to enhance working capital and support general corporate needs. The company confirmed no deviations in fund utilization demonstrating a strong commitment to governance and financial discipline.
