According to Dr. Robin, if you have problems like weakness, constipation, acidity or darkness in front of the eyes, then you can eliminate it from the root. For this, just soak five to seven dry grapes and about one teaspoon of fennel in a glass of water.

After soaking overnight, eat it on an empty stomach the next morning. In 21 days, you will see the effect. Make the children make balls of threaded sugar candy with dry grapes. Sucking it reduces cough, removes weakness and is also good for health.
