This diet is based on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, pulses, fish and plant-based fat such as olive oil, canola or sesame oil. This study gives a clear message that if you make a slight change in your diet, such as involving avocado twice a week and adopting healthy or processed things, it can improve your heart health.
