Royal Challengers Bangalore reaching the final is not just important because they bowled out Punjab Kings for 101 runs and chased the target in 10 overs. This win also shows the passion, energy, enthusiasm, edge, and ruthlessness of RCB.

The biggest win of the playoffs

This is the biggest win in terms of balls remaining (60 balls) in the IPL playoffs. In this way, RCB made it to the IPL final for the fourth time. This will be their first final since 2016.

RCB looked like a fully charged team as soon as they entered the field. They finished the game in the same style with which they started the match. When captain Rajat Patidar hit the winning shot by hitting the ball over deep midwicket into the stands, the entire RCB dugout was confident that no matter what happened, they were going to win the final to be held in Ahmedabad on June 3.

It is not easy to bowl out the opponent for 101
RCB played the best game of the entire season in Qualifier-1 against Punjab. Bangalore's bowling was a cause of concern, after conceding more than 200 runs in the last match, bowling out Punjab for 101 in Qualifier-1 was no small matter.
Hunger to win was visible in the players.
RCB has reached the final three times before, but such ruthlessness was never seen in their game before. The bowlers were in full attacking mode. The fielding was very sharp. Boundaries were being stopped while falling on the field.

Pressure! What is that?
On the second ball of chasing the target, Virat Kohli hit a boundary over midwicket to Arshdeep Singh, making them realize that we will reach this target easily and they will not face any problem. Immediately after this, Phil Salt took charge and hit a four and a six off Arshdeep in his next over.

Virat instills enthusiasm in the players.

Celebrations started even before the victory.

Even though Virat Kohli got out in the next over, Salt did not change his intentions. He conceded 16 runs in Jamieson's next over and ensured the team's victory in the powerplay itself. When the score was 61/1, there was a festive atmosphere in the RCB dugout. Despite losing, Punjab Kings will get another chance to reach the final, which will take on the winner of the eliminator between Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians in the second qualifier.
