The TV industry is going through a difficult period these days. While one show once used to run for years, now many shows are getting off-air in a few months. Recently, Harsh Limbachia and Bharti Singh in their podcast in a conversation with Reem Sheikh revealed the truth of the industry.

🎙 Harsh said: “We are also living with a loan”
Harsh said, “People think that I and Bharti play in crores. But the reality is that we are also living with a loan. If we do not do any work, then he does someone else.” Bharti jokingly said, “Now when the milkman comes to the door, it seems that someone has come to collect a loan!”

Harsh revealed that now the budget of making the show has reduced greatly. He said, “Now shows like ‘Laughter Chef’ are barely made, and their journey is also small.”

🎭 Reem Sheikh: “Don’t get money according to work”
Reem said that he had done hit shows like ‘Rabta’, so he hoped that his fees would be from ₹ 1.5 to ₹ 2 lakh, but the reality turned out to be something else. Due to heavy cuts in the budget, the actors are no longer paying according to their hard work.

He also told that now TV actors are given a month salary instead of daily fees – that too only ₹ 50,000. Whether they work for 22 days or 30 days. Reem said, “This situation becomes very difficult for those who do not have an earning from social media.”

🎥 Technicians and directors are also being forced
Harsh told that many directors and technicians of the industry are now turning to YouTube, because TV is no longer earning that much. He also jokingly said that when he read that Krishna Abhishek was earning ₹ 35 lakh from ‘Laughter Chef’, he called and asked for money!

🍳 Fun and temper will be seen in ‘Laughter Chef 2’
Despite all this, Bharti and Reem are currently busy in ‘Laughter Chef Season 2’. Bharti is hosting the show with Chef Harpal Singh. The show is attended by stars like Krishna Abhishek, Kashmiri Shah, Rubina Dilak, Rahul Vaidya, Ali Goni, Karan Kundra, Elvish Yadav, and Abhishek Kumar.

This show is not just cooking, but it has a strong temper of humor, competition and entertainment.
