Hong Kong singer-actor Nicholas Tse introduced a shrimp hot dog with chili crab mayo creation, inspired by Singapore’s iconic chili crab dish, at the Hong Kong stop of JJ Lin’s “JJ20 Final Lap” world tour.

According to The Straits TimesTse announced the offering, which was sold at the concert venue, via Instagram alongside Lin, stating: “Good music must go with awesome food.”
In a playful backstage video shared on his own Instagram Story, Lin commented: “A hot dog with a bit of Singaporean style to it. It looks yummy.”

Along with Tse, Taiwanese pop superstar Jay Chou also sent drinks from Machi Machi, a popular milk tea brand he endorses, to the concert. Other stars such as Andy Lau, Jacky Cheung, Richie Jen, and Jackie Chan also sent floral arrangements as a show of support for JJ Lin’s performance.
Tse, 45, debuted as a singer in 1996 and later found success as an actor and TV chef. He has made a name for himself in the food and beverage industry, beginning hosting a cooking show in 2014 and opening a cookie bakery in 2015.
44-year-old JJ Lin was born Wayne Lin Junjie and has been a prominent figure in the Mandopop scene since his debut in 2003 with his album “Music Voyager.” Known for his songwriting abilities, Lin has won three Golden Melody Awards, including Best New Artist and two Best Mandarin Male Singer awards.
His “JJ20 Final Lap” world tour began in Dec. 2024 and will continue after Hong Kong to cities such as Taipei, Incheon, and Beijing.
