Nowadays the problem of uric acid in lifestyle disease is increasing rapidly. Uric acid is constantly formed in the body and usually gets out, but due to some wrong habits it increases excessively. When the kidney is unable to filter it properly, uric acid becomes crystal and starts freezing in the joints, causing severe pain. In such a situation, eating purin and high protein should be avoided. Also, uric acid can be reduced by adopting some home remedies.

Method of making uric acid lower juice:
Material:

Half fresh gourd

Half cucumber

A sweet apple

3-4 basil leaves

3 teaspoons aloe vera pulp or juice

Giloy

How to make:

Peel gourd, apple and cucumber and pour it in a grinder and grind it. Mix some water and take out the juice tightly from the cotton cloth. If you want, you can also grate juice.

Grind Giloy’s stem well and extract the juice by adding some water. Mix this juice in gourd, apple and cucumber juice.

Grind basil leaves and pour it in juice.

Add aloe vera pulp or juice to it.

Mix all the ingredients well in the mixer. You can add a pinch of rock salt to taste.

Drink this juice for 10-15 consecutive days on an empty stomach every morning. This will reduce the level of uric acid and will also give relief in joint pain.
