Material (Watermelon kulfi recipe)
- Watermelon – 2 cups (seeded seeds and chopped into pieces).
- Milk – 1 cup (full cream, boiled and cool).
- Condensed Milk – ½ cup.
- Milk powder – 2 tablespoons.
- Sugar-2-3 tablespoons.
- Cardamom Powder – 4 Tsp.
- Rose water – ½ tsp.
- Cut fruits – 2 tablespoons (almonds, pistachios).
- Kulfi mold or small cup.
Method (Watermelon kulfi recipe)
- First of all, put watermelon pieces in a mixer and grind it well. Then filter and separate the juice so that there is no pulp or seed.
- Take cold, boiled milk in a bowl. Add condensed milk, milk powder (if using), cardamom powder and rose water. Mix well and make a smooth mixture.
- Now add watermelon juice to this milk mixture. Taste and add sugar to taste (only if needed). Finally add chopped fruits.
- Pour the prepared mixture into kulfi mold or small cup. Sprinkle a little pistachio or almond on top. Apply sticks and keep the mold in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
