Actress Preity Zinta may be away from films but she continues to make headlines as the owner of the IPL team Punjab Kings. Amid the finale match between RCB (Royal Challengers Bengaluru) and PBKS (Punjab Kings) on June 3 pictures of Preity Zintas Mumbai house have gone viral. She purchased the Bandra property in 2023. Spanning 1474 square feet the apartment located in Rustomjee Parishram is valued at Rs 17 crore. Situated on Pali Hill the home is on the 11th floor of the same building where she lived before getting married and moving to California. The deal also grants her exclusive access to an additional 90 square feet of space. She paid around Rs 1.15 lakh per square foot and an additional Rs 85.07 lakh as stamp duty for the property which includes two car parking spaces. Each floor of the tower where Preity Zinta lives has three apartments and offers many modern amenities like jacuzzi pools gym a seating cabana a separate pool deck a fire fighting system a clubhouse and more. The Mumbai house is used when the actress is in the city. She has been living in Los Angeles since tying the knot with Gene Goodenough. The couple got married on February 29 2016 and welcomed their twins via surrogacy in 2021.
