According to the report of WABetaInfo, this feature has been spotted in WhatsApp's beta version iOS 25.16.81 and Android 2.25.18.3. After the stable version of this feature is rolled out, users will be able to copy a specific part of a message.

How to use?

To use this feature, users have to drag their fingers on the message and highlight the part that is to be copied. After this, users can copy the highlighted part and send it to whomever they want to send. Due to this feature, the receiver will get only a specific part of a message. This feature can be used only in the chat interface. However, it will not be so easy to cut a specific part from a post with a large text message.
