The was back this weekend, with once again at the helm on Saturday evening. As usual, 100 contestants attempted to win a huge cash prize, putting their logic skills to the test with a series of questions that are supposed to get harder and harder.

The programme's questions were put to the public, with the percentage who got it right determining the difficulty of each round. However, the 70% question, which is supposed to be one of the easier ones to figure out, proved to be tricky for several players. It read: "What is the difference between these two images?" Alongside the question, two images were displayed of , Coronation Street's pub, The Rovers Return Inn.

Lee Mack branded it "easy" as he quipped: "That's easy this, one's on the left and one's on the right." The host then revealed the answer and pointed out that the name of the pub on the right picture had changed to "Ravers Return Inn" instead of "Rovers Return Inn." Despite it being a seemingly easy question, three players were still knocked out of the game.

In another recent episode, at the 30% part of the game, 12 players dropped out after becoming baffled by another seemingly easy mathematical problem. Guests had been shown a cartoon photo of a calculator ahead of the challenge.

They were then asked: "What's the largest four-digit number you can type using just the number keys on the bottom two rows of this calculator without using the same number key twice?"

All of those still in the game had a 30-second limit to solve the problem, which almost a third of the nation would have correctly deduced. Lee later revealed the answer to be '3210'. Fans took to social media to share their thoughts on it.

"The calculator question seems suspiciously easy," one penned, while another added: "3210. How is this a 30% question?" "Wt*??" quizzed one, while another, who correctly guessed the answer - 3210 - echoed: "How did 12 go out????"

The show has now completed its third series and is growing more popular by the day, and now that ITV bosses have renewed it for a further two seasons.

The 1% Club airs on ITV and can also be streamed afterwards on ITVX.
