Kia India The recent offering of Carence Clavis is proving to be a big success for the company. In May 2025, Kia recorded a total of 22,315 units of sales, showing an increase of 14.43% compared to May 2024 last year. The company has credited its success, especially to the new Carerance Clavis MPV, which has received excellent response from Indian customers.
Kia Carence Clavis has been launched in the market at an initial price of ₹ 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom). This MPV is becoming increasingly popular due to the premium look, powerful performance and best features in the segment.
The company has revealed that the electric version of Carence Clavis will be launched in July 2025. This will be Kia’s first electric car in India. The company claims that its design will be very attractive and it will get a mixture of Kia’s advance technology and premium styling.

The design of Carence Clavis Electric will be similar to the petrol-diesel version, but some special changes will be made in it. EV9- Style closed front grille, new designed bumpers and alloy wheels, and more ground clearance can be seen. Apart from this, a new suspension setup will also be given in it.
Kia Cauance EV will find facilities like Fully Digital Instrument Cluster, large touchscreen infotainment system, 360 degree camera, air purifier and wireless charger. It is expected that it will have a 45 kwh battery and front axle-mounted electric motor, which can give the best range on charge once.
