Actor Jaideep Ahlawat and his wife Jyoti Hooda have purchased an apartment in Mumbai's Andheri West area for Rs 10 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website. The deal was officially registered in May 2025.The property is located in Poorna Apartments, a residential project in the area. The apartment has a carpet area of 1,950 sq. ft. and a built-up area of 217.47 sq. m. As part of the deal, the couple also received four car parking spaces. The registration of the transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 60 lakh and additional registration charges of Rs 30,000.Andheri West continues to be one of the major real estate markets in Mumbai, offering a mix of residential and commercial properties. It is well-connected through multiple arterial roads including the Western Express Highway, Link Road, and SV Road. The Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line also provides added convenience for residents and commuters.Over the years, the area has seen consistent development. It houses a number of office buildings, retail outlets, co-working spaces, and residential projects. Its location between key business and entertainment zones contributes to its real estate demand.
