IPL 2025: On June 3, the final of the 18th season of the Indian Premier League was played. RCB and Punjab Kings clashed in the title match. Royal Challengers Bangalore captured the trophy at the historic ground in Ahmedabad. This is his first trophy.
RCB became the eighth team to win the trophy in the IPL. Krunal Pandya was the biggest hero in this victory. Also, the star all -rounder set a big record in IPL 2025.
IPL 2025 was amazing for Krunal Pandya. He gave a match winning performance for his team in the final. The 34 -year -old bowling bowled deadly. Due to which Punjab Kings batsmen came under pressure. As a result, his team managed to win. Krunal hunted two batsmen.
Which included the wickets of Prabhasimran Singh and Josh English. The left arm spinner earned two successes for only 17 runs in four overs. He was given the title of Player of the Match. He is the only player in IPL history who was elected player of the match in the final for two different teams. Earlier in the 2017 IPL final, he did this feat for Mumbai Indians.
In IPL 2025, Krunal Pandya played 15 matches. In which he took 17 wickets in such innings. In which his bowling average is 22.29. Also, this season, the Dhurandhar player has given runs at the economy rate of only 8.23.
His best performance was 4 wickets for 45 runs. The RCB player scored 109 runs with the bat. Krunal Pandya won his team by playing an innings of 73 runs during a match.
After winning the title of IPL 2025, Krunal Pandya shared a special post on social media platform X. Which had some pictures. The entire RCB camp is seen with the Trophy in them. In its caption, Krunal wrote,
“This trophy is shining because of all of you. Thanks to my colleagues. A lot of love to the most passionate and most vigorous cheering fans. You all carried this journey forward and created history with us”.
