RCB announces financial support of Rs 1000000 to 11 families after Bengaluru stampede deaths

New Delhi: The celebration of Indian Premier League (IPL) winner Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) turned into a big accident on Wednesday when a stampede broke out in the crowd gathered outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium to welcome the winning players. 11 people died in this accident while more than 40 were injured. The Royal Challengers Bengaluru have announced a financial support of Rs 10 lakh to each of the eleven families of the deceased. Even a fund called RCB Cares is also being created to support fans injured in this tragic incident. As a mark of respect and a gesture of solidarity RCB has announced a financial support of INR 10 lakh to each of the eleven families of the deceased. At a loss for words. Absolutely gutted Kohli wrote in Instagram at around 10:45 PM while reposting a statement by RCB. Sachin Tendulkar took to X wished strength and peace to all and wrote What happened at Chinnaswamy Stadium Bengaluru is beyond tragic. My heart goes out to every affected family.
