Cross-Border Arms Smugggling Module Busted, Two Persons Arrested News in Hindi: Punjab Police on Thursday exposed the arrest of two persons and exposed the module smuggling arms from across the border. Six state -of -the -art weapons including pistols have also been recovered from them.
Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav said that the accused have been identified as Surajpal Singh and Arshdeep Singh, residents of Tarn Taran.
Yadav said in a post on the social media platform ‘X’, “Taking action on a specific information, the Tarn Taran police busted Surajpal Singh and Arshdeep Singh from village Lakhna and recovered six state -of -the -art weapons from village Lakhna and recovered six state -of -the -art weapons. The DGP said that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigation is on.
