Material (Gobhi Kabab Recipe)
- 1 cup grated cauliflower
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1–2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1/2 cup mooserla cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Taste salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- Coriander
- Oil – to fry or bake kebabs
Method (Gobhi Kabab Recipe)
- First of all boil the potatoes and peel it and mash it well.
- Wash and fine the cauliflower.
- Now add cabbage, mashed potatoes, green chillies, green coriander, chaat masala, salt, red chili and cumin in a big pot.
- If you like the taste of cheese, then you can also mix mozzarella cheese.
- Mix all the mixture well and make kebab -shaped tikki.
- Apply some oil on the palm and prepare all the kebabs one by one.
- Now heat a little oil on a pan or pan and bake the kebabs on a medium flame till it turns golden from both sides.
- If you want, you can also deep fry them, but if you want to make it in less oil, it is better to make it on the pan.
- Take, hot cabbage kebabs are ready. Serve them with green chutney or tomato sauce.
