IND vs Eng Test Squad: The host England team has announced their team for the Test series against India from June 20. The England men’s selection panel has announced a team of 14 players for the first Test match of Roths against India at Headingley, which will begin on Friday 20 June 2025. In which Jamie Overton has returned to England, while his teammates of the Surrey team are out due to injury.

Zamy Overton is believed to be a return to the team due to Gas Etkinson being out due to a hamstring strain. England hoped that Atkinson would recover from time to time for the first Test, but he is not fully fit yet. Oveton played his last Test match against New Zealand in 2022. Now he can also be seen playing against the Indian team. Mark Wood and Oli Stone are already out of the series due to knee injury, while Jofra Archer will not be fit for the match till the second test due to a thumb problem. Jacob Bethel, Chris Woakes and Bridan Karse have also been named in the England team for the first Test against India.
