Jamun ice cream recipe: Jamun is a very beneficial fruit in terms of health, especially for patients with diabetes. Elements like jambooline and jambosine present in it help to control blood sugar. When delicious ice cream is prepared from such a healthy thing, it becomes a perfect healthy treatment.

Material (Jamun ice cream recipe)

  • Berries (with kernels) – 2 cups
  • Sugar or sugar free (as per taste)-2-3 tablespoons
  • Curd (accumulated, without water) – 1 cup
  • Full Cream Milk – 1 Cup
  • Cream (fresh cream or whipping cream) – ½ cup
  • Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon (to enhance taste, optional)

Method (Jamun ice cream recipe)

  1. First of all wash the berries thoroughly and remove its kernels. Then grind it in a grinder. If you want, you can filter it and separate the juice or use the pulp directly.
  2. Add curd, milk, cream and sugar (or sugar free) to a bowl and whisk well until the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Now add ground pulp of ground berries and mix well again. If you want, you can also add a little lemon juice – this will make the flavor a little tongue.
  4. Fill this mixture in airtight container and keep it in the freezer for 7-8 hours or overnight.
  5. After freezing, take out the container, keep it at room temperature for 2-3 minutes, then remove the ice cream with the help of a scoop and serve.
  6. If you want, garnish with some chopped berries or mint leaves from above.
