On the other hand, during 5 and 7 days, moderate rain may occur at different places in Madhya Pradesh from 5 to 9 June in Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Gangetic plains of West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand. According to the IMD, moderate rain may occur at many places in Kerala and Mahe, coastal Karnataka during the next seven days.

The department has predicted thunderstorms, winds at the speed of 30 to 40 kmph and lightning at some places with sporadic rain. Light to moderate rain may occur at some places in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand. During this time, there is a possibility of thundershowers, lightning and strong winds at the speed of 40-50 kmph. Also, light to moderate rain may occur at different places in Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh.
