A top cardiologist has advised certain individuals to take magnesium supplements daily. Doctor Aurelio Rojas said about the patients he observes in his practice: "If you are one of these people you should take magnesium.

"As a cardiologist, I see it daily. Magnesium deficiency is more common than we think and can cause fatigue, anxiety, muscle tension, palpitations or difficulty sleeping." Dr Rojas suggests taking magnesium could be the answer if you're experiencing such issues.
