KARACHI: Humayun Saeed, one of the country’s favorite actors, revealed the intimate details of his personal life in a recent interview, recounting some endearing and light-hearted bits about his marriage with wife Samina Ahmed.

Speaking candidly, Humayun shared that love was not particularly deep in the initial stages of their marriage, but with time their attachment deepened and became more meaningful. He highlighted how their relationship has turned into a significant aspect of his life.

With a smile, the actor shared a light-hearted complaint: “My wife has never said ‘I love you’ to me, not even once.” He added, “I always say ‘I love you’ or ‘I miss you’ on the phone, but she never replies the same way.”

But Humayun clarified that love is not all talk. “True love is expressed with respect and trust. I speak my love through actions, not words,” he said.

He also had a funny anecdote about his marriage. “Whenever my wife is angry, even if I wasn’t at fault, I give her a foot massage until she smiles again. I apologize and don’t give up until she forgives me.”

Humayun described how their relationship has evolved with the passage of time and how he cannot see his life without her anymore.

It must be said that Humayun Saeed and Samina Ahmed are married for more than two decades, and their marriage is typically considered to be a healthy and motivating instance of matrimony in the showbiz world.
