BTSC Staff Nurse Recruitment 2025: Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has made important changes in the application process under advertisement number 23/2025 for recruitment to 11,389 vacant posts of Staff Nurse. In the notification issued, the Commission said that after making some amendments, the last date of application has now been extended to 13 June 2025. This decision has been taken based on a court order and instructions received from the Health Department, Bihar, Patna.

Apply by 13 June 2025

Earlier the last date to apply for the posts of Staff Nurse was fixed as 23 May 2025. But now the commission has extended the date of application by giving more time to the candidates. As per the revised schedule, candidates will be able to apply online from 07 June 2025 to 13 June 2025. During this time, candidates can complete the application process by visiting the official website of the commission.

Revised eligibility conditions

According to the revised release by the Commission, now candidates can apply even without the Suitability Certificate of the Indian Nursing Council and the Registration Certificate from the Bihar Nursing Council. Earlier, where the date of calculation of the minimum age was fixed as 01.08.2024, now it has been changed to 01.08.2025.

Pay Scale

The candidates selected for this post will be given an unrevised pay scale of Rs 9300-34800 and a grade pay of Rs 4600. At the same time, under the Seventh Pay Commission, this salary is included in Pay Level-7.

Application Fee

As per the application fee, candidates of unreserved, OBC, EBC, and EWS categories and all applicants from outside Bihar will have to deposit Rs 600, while the application fee for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Women candidates of Bihar has been fixed at Rs 150.
