Housefull 5 featuring a stellar cast including Akshay Kumar Sonam Bajwa Jacqueline Fernandez Riteish Deshmukh Abhishek Bachchan and Nargis Fakhri has been released in cinemas with two different endings titled ‘Housefull 5A’ and ‘Housefull 5B’. This unique concept has garnered a positive reaction from audiences. Viewers are excited to learn how both versions of the film conclude. The movie has still managed to hold its strong momentum and has now reached the 100 crore club league. Housefull 5 Passes Its First Monday Test The comedy-thriller continues to perform well at the box office even as the buzz from the weekend begins to fade. As per the trade website Sacnilk on its fourth day Monday Housefull 5 earned Rs 13 crore. Given that weekdays typically see a decline this drop was anticipated yet the film managed to maintain its performance. The biggest day for the film to date was recorded on Sunday with collections soaring to Rs 32.5 crore marking its peak single-day revenue so far. With these figures Housefull 5 has surpassed the Rs 100-crore milestone achieving a total of Rs 100.5 crore within just four days.  On Monday Housefull 5 achieved a Hindi occupancy rate of 17.62 percent indicating a solid performance for a weekday. With this achievement Housefull 5 has now surpassed the India net earnings of Akshay Kumar’s period-drama film Kesari Chapter 2 which grossed Rs 92.53 crore. The focus now shifts to whether it can exceed the Rs 149-crore benchmark established by his aerial-action-thriller Sky Force. 100 Crore Club But Moving Towards Tag of Flop As per reports by Pinkvilla Housefull 5 was made on a gigantic budget of Rs 240 crore which means that the film is still far away from its target to achieve the tag of industry hit or blockbuster. As per all the estimates the fifth installment still needs to rake in Rs 139.5 crore to surpass its total budget cost otherwise it will become a flop despite reaching 100 crore. However it is going to be a crucial point for this comedy thriller as the next big release is Aamir Khans Sitaare Zameen Par which is yet another highly anticipated film of this year.
